  7. ACC SYSTEMS' Manager of Network Activity (MONA) is a general purpose network
  8. management system based on the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).
  9. Using a Motif user-interface and hierarchical map structure, large
  10. heterogeneous internetworks can be laid out in a logical, orderly fashion
  11. allowing quick problem diagnosis and recovery.  MONA provides several
  12. utilities for monitoring and controlling the network.  The Alarm Utility
  13. provides a historical perspective on network events with a flexible report
  14. generator.  The MIB Utility gives access to the full power of SNMP with
  15. support for over 30 vendors.  And the Auto Discovery Utility allows the
  16. operator to ``discover'' a network automatically and build the network maps
  17. quickly and easily.  Performance analysis and configuration management tools
  18. also aid users in maintaining a high degree of operability.
